Founded by Rick Rawlins, LCSW, Vista View Consulting was created to meet a growing need: access to consistent, high-quality supervision for professionals and targeted support for organizations.
With over 30 years of experience as a clinician, clinical supervisor, program manager, and trainer, Rick has worked extensively with children, youth, families, and community partners. From guiding graduate students and provisionally licensed clinicians to leading innovative program development, Rick has seen firsthand how effective supervision, training, and consultation can transform individuals and communities.
